Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all my customers, it is imperative that the following cancelation policies be enforced.
Due to the nature of the in-home service, appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to your appointment with no fee. Appointments rescheduled outside the 12-hour window will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. After three consecutive rescheduled appointments outside the 12-hour window, you will be charged 100% of the service price at the time of booking.
Due to the nature of the in-home service, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. Cancelations made after 24 hours will incur a 50% cancelation fee. After two consecutive cancellations made after the 24-hour window closes, you will be charged 100% of the service price. After three consecutive cancellations made after 24 hours, you will no longer be permitted to book in-home services with So InspiratioNail.
Cancelations must be made on the So InspiratioNail website. A call or text is appreciated. If you call/text to cancel, you will be directed to do so on the website. Cancelations not completed on the website will be considered "No Show" and charged 100% of the service price.
If you are not present at the agreed-upon location to receive service, it will be considered "No Show," and charged 100% of the service price.
After two "No Shows," you will no longer be permitted to book in-home services with So InspiratioNail.
Due to the nature of the in-home service, clients will be given a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. If you appear within the 10-minute grace period, So InspiratioNail reserves the right to cancel the appointment with a fee of 25% of the service price or to alter the service to accommodate the time allowed. After the 10-minute grace period the appointment will be considered a "No Show" and charged 100% of the service price.
So InspiratioNail reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any *active service without a refund if the environment is perceived to be unsafe or if there is potential for disease exposure or physical harm.
*Active service - service becomes active when So InspiratioNail arrives at the door to enter the location.
